1. Information we collect

Account information

Email address, display name, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and profile details you choose to add.

Content you provide

Videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, comments, playlists, live streams, and reports you submit.

Usage & watch data

Watch history, search queries, likes/dislikes, subscriptions, playback position (used for continue-watching where enabled by your plan), and general interaction with the Service.

Device & log data

IP address, browser/device type, and similar technical data, used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing issues.

Payment information

If you subscribe to a membership plan, our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal) collect your payment details directly — we receive limited billing metadata (such as plan, status, and renewal dates) but never your full card number.

2. How we use it

• Operate and improve the Service, including recommendations and search;
• Process subscriptions, payments, and creator payouts;
• Communicate with you (account, billing, and security notifications);
• Review and moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies/local storage for signing you in, remembering preferences, and basic analytics. If you subscribe to a plan with offline viewing, downloaded videos are cached on your own device using your browser's storage (Cache Storage/IndexedDB via a service worker) so they're playable without a connection — this data stays on your device and is removed when you remove the download or clear site data.

4. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to process subscriptions and payouts;
• Service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, content-moderation processing) under confidentiality obligations;
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.

Content you make public (public videos, comments, channel info) is visible to other users and the public by design.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account from your Profile settings; some information (e.g. records needed for legal/financial compliance, or already-reported abuse records) may be retained for a limited period afterward as required by law.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without consent, contact us and we'll take appropriate action.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly from your account settings, or by contacting us at the email below.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
